The role
How do you reframe a traditional energy company into a net zero enabler? Take a national TV treasure and demonstrate it’s fit for the future, show the beating heart of a high street bank? These are just some of the diverse challenges our team works on – and you can be part of the action.
We’re looking for a bright, enthusiastic graduate to join our London studio. This role is for someone who thrives in a high energy environment, brings bags of ideas to the table and isn’t afraid to voice their opinion.
You’ll enjoy finding ingenious solutions with creatives of every kind – from copywriters and animators to digital designers and moving image experts. You’ll be working alongside and supporting the design team to deliver exceptional insight-led creative that cuts through the noise and makes a measurable impact.
The fun stuff:
- Collaborating with the design team to produce meaningful work for some of the world’s biggest brands.
- Involved in real life projects, designing page layouts, getting to grips with infographics crafting logos and brand assets.
- Sitting in on briefings and brainstorms, helping generate ideas and presenting your thoughts and work back to the wider team.
- Working on a variety of projects including annual and sustainability reports, infographics, brand, campaign and employee engagement work.
The fundamentals:
- Have experience in the industry standard software, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop. Figma/animation knowledge is a bonus.
- High attention to detail regarding layout, typography, iconography and grid structures.
- Curious about the world you live in, passionate about all things design and a desire to push creativity and share knowledge.
- Work that demonstrates strong conceptual thinking
- Be a recent graduate from a design based course
