About Emperor
Emperor’s Saudi and Dubai offices are achieving exciting growth across the Middle East. Our team has grown in a short space of time. With the addition of some substantial new accounts, and the opportunity to develop existing clients there is a requirement for more senior representation in Saudi to ensure that our existing clients, prospects and partners have the expertise and advice required.
Role will include:
• Leading and executing integrated comms accounts
• Focusing on brand and marketing communications
• Managing and presenting creative development, production, and post-production of online and offline cross-channel communications, including print, film, digital (websites and apps) and social media
• Managing budgets and project finances
• Overseeing the smooth running of cross-functional project teams
• Delivering the highest quality work while forging strong relations with clients and suppliers
• Networking and assisting in business development, including generating new opportunities, responding to
RFP’s, preparing proposals and pitching to prospective new clients
Please note: This role has a start date of end of March/early April 2025

Key Responsibilities
New business
• Support the CEO to identify and develop strategic partnership opportunities
• Build a strong network of of relationships industry contacts
• Lead and coordinate new business pitches
• Develop and execute client engagement plans to strengthen existing relationships
• Identify opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell Emperor services.
Support project delivery
• Strategic direction advice for clients
• Support project delivery and collaborate with internal teams in those client accounts, driving excellence, ensuring the brief is met and expectations exceeded and ensure projects are on time and on budget
Management and Planning
• Lead key client facing meetings such as scope presentation, design presentation, project debriefs, cost negotiations etc
• Financial management: monitor P&L performance, budgets
